How do I get six pack abs? I need to get in shape. I want to know some schedule I can do each day.?

Question by : How do I get six pack abs? I need to get in shape. I want to know some schedule I can do each day.?
Can someone tell me a agenda each day that I could do. I do 100 pushups and 100 sit ups plus equipment at the gym every day. I don’t work on abs a lot and I need to. I am probably 20% there. You can see a six pack if you look close but its not hard. So heres my question.

Tell me a agenda of what I should do each day to get them. Weight is not a issue, I am bar rail thin (weigh kind of a lot) but people say i’m bar rail thin so yeah. Don’t tell me no book to get, the last thing I need to do is to read a god dang book.

I feel like I’m wasting my time answering this one. Go to AOL Search – type in – Scott H. Young’s Beginner’s Guide to Weight Lifting. Read that entire webiste to learn how to lift weights properly & figure out a routine that is suitable to your needs. Just make sure you don’t overextend yourself. The last thing you need is an injury or a hernia.

Ok so follow the following routine in order every day and eat protein.

Sunday: 25 crunchies 25 Sit Ups
Monday: 25 Crunchies 25 Push Ups
Tuesday: 25 Crunchies 25 Sit ups
Wednesday: 25 Crunchies 25 Push Ups
Thursday: 25 Crunchies 25 Sit Ups
Friday: 25 Crunchies 25 Push Ups
Saturday: 25 Crunchies 25 Sit Ups

Be sure to drink water as this routine may be tiring. Follow this routine for 3-4 Weeks and then embrace your six pack.

Sounds you could use a God dang book since you have no idea what you are doing. But there is a difference between books that say lets build some muscle, and those that build muscle in a kick ass way.

Everybody should be following the Real Man Muscle program. Not only will you not need to use a gym, but you will see how to do some badass workouts in your backyard and stuff.

exercise alone can not get you abs, you have to first get rid of subcutaneous fat around the abdominal region, how i did this was to run a lot. Cardio exercise is the only proven way to burn fat..but I also do 300-550 situps 3 days a week with one rest day in between each. Also get an ab lounge, it is much better then target situps because it works most of your abdominal muscles with different intensity of crunches. If you want to see my progress check out this video

I guess what im saying is 100 situps is not gonna cut it. To get muscle to grow you have to OVERWORK it and then let it heal. By overwork it i mean you have to fight to do every pushup I started out doing 100 on my ab lounge two months later nothing, increased to 350 and a month later i had a six pack. Now i do 350-550 a day. no you dont have to do them all at once but you have got to work those muscles..
    Good luck.
